Foxconn will be the main assembler, Unimicron and Tripod will likely supply the PCBs, Lite-On and Primax the camera modules, Largan Precision the camera lenses, Catcher and Foxconn the cases, Entery the connectors, Sunrex the push buttons.
Rumours also had it that Cambridge Silicon Radio will be supplying iPhone's Bluetooth module, Samsung will be supplying its video processor, Marvell will be providing the 802.11, Broadcom the touch screen controller, and Infineon the baseband.
So what does this mean? You can probably get a ripped-off version of the iPhone in China before its official launch.
