In a blog post titled "10 CEOs To Go In 2009", 24/7 Wall St. compiled a list of chief executives who should get the boot. No prize for guessing GM's Rick Wagoner made the list. Apparently, this is no idle musings as seven of the 10 on last year's roster are gone.
